Between November 1st and April 1st, no cars are to be parked on the street or circle overnight, during a snowfall event or a forecasted snowfall event. Any car interfering with snow plowing will be towed at the owner’s expense, and may incur a $100 fine. (As always, residents vehicles should be parked facing the curb.)
